Bence Hegyi

Bence is a project scientist. After he earned his MD and PhD from the University of Debrecen in Hungary, he moved to Davis, California for his postdoctoral training. His research focuses on studying various molecular and cellular mechanisms responsible for the development of cardiac arrhythmias in heart failure and diabetes. Outside the lab, Bence enjoys biking, taking nature photos, and birdwatching.
