Jody Martin

Associate Adjunct Professor

Jody recently moved to UC Davis, Dept of Pharmacology, to help open a new Cardiovascular Research Institute where he directs a Molecular and Cellular Core Facility within the CVRI. He is an active and long term collaborator with Dr. Bers and his group. He has long standing interests in chaperones/heat shock proteins, mechanosignaling and the regulation and pathology of myofilament proteins in the heart. He enjoys cycling, nature and a decent pint.
