Wei-Lun (Alan) Hsiao

Wei-Lun (Alan) is a class of 2025 undergraduate student at UC Davis. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior with a specialization in physiology. He shows an interest in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying the Frank-Starling law of the heart and its clinical application to cardiovascular disease treatment. Alan fell in love with the heart when his middle school teacher dissected a pig heart with him. After graduating from college, he plans to apply to medical or graduate school. Alan enjoys several water activities such as rafting.
